Atomic Cowboy is a nighttime bar serving up beer and libations. Breakfast spot Denver Biscuit Co. is known for their giant cinnamon rolls and, as the name suggests, flaky biscuit sandwiches. Fat Sully’s will offer up New York-style pizza with a slices-only window for late night munchies. Frozen Gold is a relatively newer concept for Atomic Provisions. Soft serve ice cream with “composed builds” will satisfy sweet tooths.

The 6,635-square-foot building, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, features limestone walls and heavy structural timber posts, block capitals and joints. It was built in 1907, and during the early 20th century, it was the only ice manufacturing plant in Westport, according to the registration form for the national registry. Read more 👆

“We cut our teeth as a bar concept by opening Atomic Cowboy in Denver over 15 years ago,” explains Shader. “We added Fat Sully’s pizza as a way to feed our hungry bar patrons. The Denver Biscuit Co. came later; it started as a food truck, and then we brought it into our bar space as our brunch concept, adding another day part to hours of operations.”
